1 Corinthians 7:2 But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.
God's Plan for marriage and the procreation of human beings is clear, precise, and orderly. There are many Passages of Scripture that pertain to this subject because sexual immorality is so destructive to God's Divine Plan and Order for His Universe.
God's Word clearly states that each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. Any sexual activity outside this is referred to in the Bible as perversion, depravity, wickedness, and abomination, and WILL result in death if not properly dealt with.
The Old Testament Laws address every type of sexual immorality, including adultery, incest, and bestiality. In every case, this sin results in death. The following is a Passage of Scripture to refer to in such cases.
Leviticus 20:10-21 If a man commits adultery with the wife of his neighbor, both the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. If a man lies with his father's wife, he has uncovered his father's nakedness; both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. If a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death; they have committed perversion; their blood is upon them. If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. If a man takes a woman and her mother also, it is depravity; he and they shall be burned with fire, that there may be no depravity among you. 1If a man lies with an animal, he shall surely be put to death, and you shall kill the animal. If a woman approaches any animal and lies with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.
“If a man takes his sister, a daughter of his father or a daughter of his mother, and sees her nakedness, and she sees his nakedness, it is a disgrace, and they shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people. He has uncovered his sister's nakedness, and he shall bear his iniquity. If a man lies with a woman during her menstrual period and uncovers her nakedness, he has made naked her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood. Both of them shall be cut off from among their people. You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister or of your father's sister, for that is to make naked one's relative; they shall bear their iniquity. If a man lies with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness; they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless. If a man takes his brother's wife, it is impurity. He has uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.
In Old Testament days, anyone committing sexual sin was put to death. Under the New Covenant of the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, these sins were nailed to the Cross with Jesus. They are all forgivable by this Promise of God. If we confess our sins, He is Faithful and Just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
However, if not repented of, these sins will still result in death, spiritual death, and eternity in Hell. For the wages of sin is death, but the Free Gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
