For the past several days we have been discussing the all-inclusive Benefit Package and the Redemptive Rights of born again believers. I would venture to say that many (if not most) Christians don’t realize what is included in this. God loves us so much He wants us to have it all. He wants us to be free from any and all forms of destruction. There is no limits to this. It includes everything that seeks to rob us of our joy and peace and it never expires or runs out.
This was the Ministry of Jesus when He ministered here on earth for three and one half years. It is still His Ministry through Faith in Him and what He accomplished on the Cross at Calvary.
The great Apostle Paul wrote a most powerful letter to the people of Rome. In it he states, Even the Righteousness of God which is by Faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them who believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God; being justified freely by His Grace through the Redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through His Blood, to declare His Righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time His Righteousness: that He might be just, and the Justifier of him which believes in Jesus.
Now, that is a mouthful and quite the run-on sentence, but suffice it to say, our faith in Jesus Christ and His Work on the Cross is our “coupon” for every blessing God has for us. I am reminded of the coupon books, youth groups, and school groups used to sell to earn money for their cause. The coupon book contained over a hundred coupons that could be redeemed for various goods and services, including restaurants, stores, legal services, medical services, movie theaters, bowling alleys, and all sorts of different forms of entertainment and labor, etc. The book was sold for a certain price. As I recall, it was around $25.00 to $30.00. All the coupons in the book were good for that particular calendar year and expired on December 31st. During that year, the owner could redeem the coupons and save hundreds of dollars literally in various places of business.
In effect, this is what believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are given when they are born again, except it is FREE and NEVER expires! The enemy will try to rob you of your “coupons” by telling you that God doesn’t love you that much, or that you have done too many things wrong, or that God isn’t able to do certain things, or that God has better things to do than listen to you, etc.
My friends, Satan is a liar. He is the father of lies. Stop listening to him and start listening to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit of God, who is for you and wants you to be Saved, Healed, and Delivered from every form of destruction. It’s all included in our all-inclusive Believers Benefit Package and our Redemptive Rights as a born-again Christian. This is WHY Jesus suffered and died. And He did it all for YOU! It’s free. Take it and start living in the Freedom that comes with being a Christian.
